Cancellation Policy

Our policy for order cancellations is as follows: 

• Notify 24 hours prior to the pickup time, regarding the cancellation
• Reason for cancelling the order
• Contact details to complete the refund

If there is no notification of the cancellation, then there will be no refund provided.
